Damaged or Defective Goods
We will replace or refund any damaged or defective items at no charge.
Incorrect Items Ordered
We will issue a full refund for items ordered incorrectly by customers if notified within 7 days of receipt. The item(s) must be returned to Pets & The City unused, and in the original packaging at 25 Victoria Avenue, Albert Park VIC 3206. If the customer is at fault, postage costs will not be refunded. If we sent you the incorrect product from what you ordered, we will refund the cost of postage and send you the correct product at no extra charge.
